Topic: Health & Wellness / do we need to increase HIV prevention in prison?

Every should be checked in a correctional facility, inmates and employees and should be checked regularly for any diseases. I know that there arre lots of homosexual people in prison and it will be hard to control the spread of HIV/AIDS. Everyone is at risk, that’s the reason why some one should keep eye on this subject. Any suggestion how we can change this?
