Answer honestly. Basically they probally tripped you up in somthing with the wording of the question and you were not answering the questions the same everytime when they reworded them. That or on a personal question you answered somthing that threw up a red flag that you might be a risk.

Hi!

I recently received a conditional job offer with Arizona DOC upon passing my written exam, fit pro exam, medical exam and psych exam. I found out that I passed everything except I “Deferred” on the psych exam. (Whatever deferred means) The recruiter told me I wasn’t automatically disqualified but I would need to meet with a psychologist to either re-take certain parts of the test or answer a few questions he may have. On my initial written exam which was true/false, multiple choice (strongly agree, disagree, etc) and 800+ questions, I didn’t want to fill in all of my answers with what I thought they wanted me to put advised from the proctor. I’ve been researching and I can’t seem to find anyone who has been through the same thing. I have to fly to Arizona this Tuesday 12/17 (I’m from California) I want this bad. Can anyone let me know what I should expect or have any tips from experience?

Thanks!
