Sheriffs nab missing furlough inmate in Pearl City |

Sheriffs arrested a missing furlough inmate, Michael Zurcher, in the Pearl City area at about 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday. Zurcher failed to return to Module 20 after work the previous night. Once processed he will be returned to OCCC on a new Escape 2 charge. Zurcher is serving time for promoting a dangerous drug, promoting a harmful drug, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle, criminal property damage, burglary and theft.
